Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Display Compatibility & Notification

1.1 Screens supplied for devices newer than iPhone 12 may display a notification within the device settings under “Parts & Service History” stating: “Unable to verify display.”

1.2 All screens supplied are genuine OLED panels; however, the above notification may appear where calibration or pairing has not been performed.

1.3 By purchasing, the buyer acknowledges and accepts the presence of this notification.

1.4 Where a purchase is made without awareness of this condition, the seller may, at their discretion, accept a return. In such cases, a 10% restocking fee and original postage costs will be deducted from any refund issued.


2. Installation & Use

2.1 Products sold are intended for professional use by individuals with relevant technical knowledge and experience.

2.2 The seller accepts no liability for any damage caused during installation or handling, including but not limited to:

  • Physical damage to glass
  • OLED or display failure
  • Damage to associated components

2.3 All items must be fully tested prior to installation, and strictly:

  • Before final fitting into the device
  • Before removal of any protective films (front and back)

2.4 Removal of protective films or installation of the product constitutes acceptance of the item as supplied.


3. Returns – Change of Mind

3.1 Returns for items no longer required will only be accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.

3.2 To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Supplied with all protective films intact (front and back)

3.3 The seller reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


4. Faulty Goods & Warranty

4.1 Faulty items must be reported and returned within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund.

4.2 After 30 days, faulty items will be covered under a replacement warranty only, and refunds will no longer be issued.

4.3 Items that have been installed, mishandled, or damaged during fitting will not be considered faulty and are excluded from warranty.


5. Returns Shipping & Risk

5.1 The buyer is solely responsible for the safe return of all items.

5.2 All returns must be sent using a tracked and insured postal service, with proof of postage retained.

5.3 The seller accepts no responsibility for:

  • Items lost in transit
  • Items sent via untracked or unrecorded delivery
  • Items damaged due to insufficient packaging

5.4 Risk remains with the buyer until the item is received and inspected by the seller.


6. General Provisions

6.1 The seller reserves the right to refuse any return or claim that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
