What’s Included

You can expect the exact same service from our refurbishment program as you do when purchasing from our store.

We use specialised equipment to ensure our screens are fit for a factory grade inspection. We add any parts that you expect from a brand new screen to guarantee a professional finish. These can include:

Oleophobic coating
Cold pressed glue bezel
Speaker mesh
Face ID/Microphone/ALS bracket
Front camera/Face ID gasket
Flood illuminator filter
Front protective film
Sleep sensor
Backplate
3 layer Adhesive

Before it’s shipped

Our screens undergo various tests before they get the stamp of approval from our experts, these include:

Checking for any glass defects, dust particles, air bubbles, blemishes or bruising
Ensuring backlight has no spots, dust or lines
Testing all touch functionality, including 3D touch and home button

We don’t want you to be out of pocket, that’s why replacing the backlight is included free in the refurbishment service.

Changing the colours is also a standard practice. just let us know which you’d like and we will get to it straight away!

How It Works

The process for sending your LCD/OLED’s is the same across both of our services. We understand the outcome of your test report may affect how you decide to proceed.

Your test report will show a full breakdown of both refurbishment and recycle prices, this lets you make an informed choice after you get your results.

Package up your screens with the form inside
Post the package to us

Step 2

Report

We test your screens and compile a test report
We email you the results

Step 3

Emailed test report with choices 'Cash' 'Credit' or 'Refurbish'

Review the test report and decide how you would like to continue
Email us with decision
